Experience a taste of Soho life in Manchester for one night only with Jeremy Lee, head chef of London’s historic dining room and private members’ club Quo Vadis.

A well loved personality on the British food scene for many years, Jeremy is a dedicated and inventive chef whose gift for working a room is second only to his flair for cuisine. To kick off our new event series, ‘A Book From My Kitchen’, Jeremy will be making dishes from Elizabeth David’s classic cookbook An Omelette and a Glass of Wine. Guests can expect dishes such as Grillade des Marinieres du Rhone and St Emilion au Chocolat, accompanied by the chef’s selection of show tunes, matched wines and great chat.
