Mindful Mandalas – Reconnect With Your Creative Self **Postponed**

10:30-12:30, Sat 18 Apr 2020

Mandala is a Sanskrit word that loosely translates to mean “circle” or “centre” and is a spiritual symbol in Buddhism and Hinduism believed to represent the Universe. It is formed by drawing and repeating shapes. This method of drawing helps to calm a busy mind, improves overall well-being and is often used as a tool for meditation.

An engaging, relaxing, self-care activity to enjoy solo or with friends. No previous art experience necessary. All materials and frame provided. Adults only.

Workshop facilitated by Kirsty Gbasai, Artist and Art for Well-Being Practitioner based in Islington Mill, Salford.
