Friend of Ducie Street Warehouse Talitha presents a month of bi-weekly Sound Healing Classes for residents and Manchester locals alike.
Making use of the beautiful acoustics of our mini-cini. Sound healing instruments generate sound waves that massage the cells in our bodies and help release physical and mental tension. The experience can be both activating and relaxing; helping to improve sleep, aiding muscle recovery and lowering stress levels and anxiety.
