New Normal MCR promotes inclusivity, equality and acceptance through creativity and community for Manchester LGBTQIA+. They will be screening the following 3 part short documentary film in Ducie Street’s Mini-Cinema.
Eli is a transgender man who started his transition from female to male in 2015. His two friends Sarah Jenny Johnson (Filmmaker) and Anna Donigan (Musician) began documenting his journey soon after he began hormone treatment.
ELI III has been created in 2022 and is the third short film in the series documenting his 7-year journey. The ELI trilogy follows his progression as he explores masculinity, identity, the changes in his body, and lives his life.
