Our menu is guided by the seasons & all ingredients are carefully sourced from local farmers, producers & suppliers. We’ve partnered with local butchers WH Frost, our fish is delivered straight from Fleetwood Harbour every morning, & potatoes are plucked from fields in Cheshire.
From the city itself, we use award-winning smoked salmon from Manchester Smokehouse & foccacia kneaded by artisan bakers Half Dozen Other. In short, we champion local people and produce, and that’s what we’re proud of.
