Yoga & Brunch with Bread Flower
Bread Flower and Thorlby Yoga host a wellness brunch for all you flexible and health-conscious folks out there. This monthly Yoga Bagel Brunch is held in a sun-soaked private dining area at Ducie Street Warehouse. The Vinyasa Flow Yoga class will help you still your mind while moving your body and is both meditative and energising, accompanied by an uplifting playlist. After yoga, Bread Flower will host a delicious bagel spread – fresh-baked sourdough bagels, a choice of schmears (whipped cream cheeses) and toppings that include beef tomato, cucumber, red onion and fresh herbs. Recharge & Reset Brunch
Held in the Ducie Street Restaurant and Lounge, this brunch event will soothe many a sore head after the OTT-ness of the night before. With an all-day brunch menu that includes rejuvenating and healthy food, wellness beverages and shots, your liver will thank you.
