Rudy’s Pizza
Rudy’s started as a street stall and was so popular it became what it is today – a restaurant that boasts two permanent city centre locations and a reputation for some of the best pizza in the world. Made using fresh Neapolitan ingredients and traditional methods – think amazingly soft pizza dough, fresh ingredients, and secret sauces all made on-site every day – makes the taste and texture of each slice amazing. Get along early as there are no reservations and both venues get crazy busy, especially on the weekends.
Three Little Words
Visit Manchester’s only distillery bar and restaurant. This is an impressive space offering cocktails and great food in the restaurant/bar surrounded by a state-of-the-art distillery and set in Grade II railway arches. One of the 1,000-litre custom-made copper stills even overlooks the bar. The distillery extends to a room filled with over 70 botanicals and 16 individual copper stills and even offers Gin School for tours, tastings and gin-making experiences.
