At Ducie Street Warehouse we have a place for everyone, this includes you, your family, your friends and your four legged friends. From meetings and events to parties and weddings, we are able to host any event given the right notice period, this means loads more events at Ducie Street Warehouse! We have spaces that are ideal for creative workshops, launches, movie premieres, dinners and receptions. The possibilities are endless!
Ducie Street Warehouse is at close proximity to Manchester Piccadilly Station and has close links to London, Birmingham and the surrounding areas. It is easily accessible and is near loads of stores in case you want to go on a shopping spree whilst you’re here! If you’re looking for something to do in the evening, you can always visit Palace Theatre which opened on Whit Monday 1891 and has since then retained its position as the premier provincial touring venue.

You are able to see the different rooms we have to offer and the capacity and facilities of each room, whether you’re looking for a small or large space we have multiple spaces to choose from. The mini-cini is a great space to enjoy a private screening of your favourite movie or to hire out for a film lover’s birthday party. The ground floor houses 3 rooms, all the rooms have the capacity to hold 20 people for dining and room 2 and 3 are able to be combined into one to make a larger space. There is also a beautiful library area which can (if cleared) hold up to 50 people! We know for great events there must be great food, and because of this we offer food and beverage packages to whoever books an event with us. What are you waiting for?
