The menu showcases the best local produce to create a stellar dining experience, along with exquisite drinks, classic cocktails, organic wine, spirits and soft drinks. This menu is built for precisely that and is regularly updated so that you can discover new flavour sensations on every visit. Current favourites include Honey & walnut burrata, salt-aged sirloin steak, and salt & pepper calamari. And for veggies and vegan diners? We have something for you – how about sweetcorn coriander fritter with salsa bandera, or perhaps Hassleback courgette with butter bean puree & tahini dressing? And, of course, let’s remember dessert. Try the salted caramel ‘Werthers Original’ crème brulee & shortbread, dark chocolate torte, or cheese of the week.
